Nursery and LKG

• Registration for Nursery and L.K.G is open. Forms will be available in both
1. Online - On our school website www.stpaulskota.com from 13th Dec. 2021 to 15th Dec. 2021.Kindly fill the form and submit the registration charges online.Then submit the hard copy of the form in school office with self-attested copy of documents listed below before 20th Dec 2021
2. Offline - Form will be available from 13th Dec to 15th Dec 2021 in the school office. Last date of submitting the form with documents will be 20th Dec 2021.

• For Nursery as on 1st April 2022 age should be between 2.6 to 3.6 yrs.
• For L.K.G as on 1st April 2022 age should be between 3.6 to 4.6 yrs.
• Document to be submitted along with the form in the school office:
1. Birth Certificate from Municipal Cooperation / Nagar Nigam.
2. Caste Certificate of Parents - if belongs to SC, ST or OBC.
3. Parents Qualification- Copy of Passed certificate or mark sheet (only the highest qualification of Parents.)
4. Proof of Sibling ( If applicable ) Copy of Latest Report Card or ID card (2020-21) if the child’s real brother or sister is
   studying in this school.
5. Proof of Private and Government Employee : ID card / latest Salary Slip / Letter of appointment.
6. Proof of Residence: Copy of the residence proof i.e. Aadhar Card / Rent agreement / Ration Card / Telephone bill/
   Electricity bill or Passport etc.
7. Proof of Alumni:( If applicable ) Copy of T. C. / Mark sheet / Passing certificate to prove that you have passed out
   ( X and XII only ) from this school.
8. Proof of Income: Copy of Parent’s Income Certificate / previous year’s Income Tax Return 2019-20 / Form-16
   or Salary Slips.
9. Proof of Gallantry/ National / State Award ( If applicable ) : Copy of the same should be attached.
10. Proof of Single Parent: Court Orders or any other relevant documents

• Note:
1. All those who are submitting the Online form will submit the hard copy of the form and documents in the School office.
2. For those submitting offline will collect the form from school office and submit the form along with the copy of
   above mentioned documents
3. No form shall be accepted without the above self-attested documents for Registration for admission in Nursery & L.KG. and incomplete forms will automatically be disqualified from the admission process. All the original documents will be
   cross verified with concerned departments and institutions.

• Interaction with parents and child will be conducted from 10th to 13th Jan 2022.
• Result declaration for new admission for Class Nursery and LKG will be on 24rd January 2022 on our school website
  at 11: 00 am.
